A Collective is an neurodivergent-led arts social enterprise in Croydon centred around Creative Health and Wellbeing.
Our team are all freelance creatives with their own practice – from art to music to storytelling – who come together to create meaningful projects and spaces for neurodivergent people like us. The team members involved in this project are:

Skye Baker
Skye’s practice uses illustration and workshop facilitation as a socially engaged universal language to bring people together.
Her work is community-engaged and inclusive, exploring secret narratives sensitively, particularly with South and Southeast Asian communities, empowering people to tell their own stories and find joy in creativity.

Bea and Jill
Bea and Jill work as a creative duo across different mediums: Bea is an autistic, chronically ill and disabled young person. Jill is their mum and carer.
Their shared practice centres around co-producing artworks, mostly with autistic young people, that explore identity and community, individual agency and autonomy of voice. They like to play games, tell stories and facilitate others to do so too.

Jo Finch
Jo is a multi-award-winning Creative Director and Art Director, his passion is uncovering the right stories to tell, how to tell them, and giving others the courage to do so.
His commercial practice is about thinking differently to find the idea, working cross-platform and outside convention to tell stories that steal attention, capture imagination, and persuade us to act.
